Job Responsibilities:
• Drive and conduct the search, evaluation, and due diligence process to identify pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial stage opportunities in the field of Oncology, CNS, Immunology, Endocrine and CVD.
• Proactively monitor the pharmaceutical industry business environment and maintain a knowledge base of licensing transactions trends.
• Be responsible for identifying opportunity for collaboration between partners and Axter' pipeline.
• Drive contribution from internal subject matter experts for scientific, legal, IP, finance, communication, and commercial and lead term sheet and contract negotiations.
• Participate business partnering meetings and scientific conferences.
• Communicate with business partners and negotiate with external parties.
• Be able to independently lead the completion of License-in and License-out transactions.
Requirement
• Master degree or advanced degree in the biological sciences or similar advanced degree, MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English (verbal, written, and negotiations).
• 3+ years of Pharm related industry experience with at least 2+ years in Business Development.
• Strong project management and time management skills and ability to multitask and perform under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
• Outstanding presentation, Strong interpersonal skills, Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Result driven and Passion for driving projects to conclusion.
• Basic knowledges for financial modelling and commercial forecast analyst.
• Position requires up to 30% of time travel depending on projects.
• Experience in liaising with overseas pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
